I mean no disrespect to ETSU, but UCONN is at least a flagship state school and D-1 opponent.

 

Georgia has an elite defense but failing to get to 100 yards of offense is pathetic even by Vandy standards.

1. I think they had the most opt outs in the conference last year.

2. Their loss to ETSU is the worst loss for an SEC member since The Citadel dropped Arkansas in the '92 season opener. It is still too early to call them "all time bad" even though it's headed in that direction. The season is young and unless they lose current contributors they cannot help but improve by season's end. Personally, I'd love to see them embarrass themselves so badly that they consider dropping football.

Until then, South Carolina in 1999 and Kentucky's 1982 & 1994 squads are safe at the top of the worst teams in the history of the SEC.
