Soccer VAR: can really change the flow of the game but is used sparingly. Mixed bag

College football: every play is under review and it is overused. Horrible.

NFL: forces the coach to use a time out which even without review would stop play and could change the flow. Best there is with very lite.downside.

College basketball, a game with time outs already should just follow the NFL ruleset. Pretty easy.
