My guess is that if its Hart's decision to make, he goes back to Michael White at LaTech.

Heard last year from someone that knew him, that he wanted more guaranteed years than Hart wanted to concede, so Hart said no thanks, and Hart eventually gave DT the same number of years anyway.

The hiring of Rick Byrd will be the culmination of every knee-jerk mistake we've ever made.

Great guy, great coach. But he is best at Belmont and needs to stay there. He would be ok here, but just okay. If Tyndall gets ran, and we end up having a third coach in three years, it better be someone infinitely better than Rick Byrd, or we'll be taking the first step toward a 40-year desert journey.

 

I agree, sometimes guys are just in the right spot where they are
