Ah the face of my first Tennessee basketball memories. I'm pretty young, but in reading up on the history of our basketball program it is striking at all the horrid hires we made consecutively. Feel like if we played our cards right post Ray Mears we could have made a name for ourself in basketball on a national level that would have sustained itself to modern times.

 

I just don't understand how you can fire someone after four years. You gotta give a guy time!

 

Being a "nice guy" should get you a decade, minimum.

I can't wait to hear Roy Williams open his stupid mouth, giving his unsolicited $.02 in decrying the lack of vision amongst UNCW's leadership and wondering why they aren't more serious about building a basketball program.

Still hate that guy for that.

 

I was just thinking a quality assistant with head coaching experience would be a nice addition to Cuonzo's staff and lo and behold the perfect one magically becomes available
