I can't believe we win unless Guarantano comes out and just looks like an entirely different QB, playing phenomenal. I can't see that happening, but suppose it does. What is there to say other than why the hell wasn't he playing against Florida?

 

If we lose in front of a stadium with 20,000 empty seats and Butch Jones survives, I’ll be moving from annoyed to angry. At some point, it’s just embarrassing to the program to keep him.

 

We will lose this game. USC will score at least 6 defensive points, and their offense is easily capable of putting up 24 on our pathetic D. So, does our offense score 32 to win this thing? The answer is obvious to me.

I certainly wasn't extolling the virtues of Butch Jones nor did I suggest his outstanding coaching would do the trick. I just think our players, harmonious with a single heartbeat or not, are better. I think Butch has already lost his job. So there is nothing more for him to lose. So he won't have as much pressure and I think enough of our players don't want to lose. Anything can happen, but I expect the Vols to play better.
