Can't throw out last week given the QB change. And Vanderbilt has definitley turned a corner from abomination towards mediocrity.

 

I just did throw it out. What are you going to do about it?

I thought we were talking about Vandy.

 

I got to believe it’s just depth/fatigue. Them boys have played a lot of snaps and we were fairly short on experienced depth to begin the season.

 

We watch less athletic dbs all day who at least look aware and at least try to jump a route. I don’t buy the talent deal. Didn’t we have now 2 nfl dbs last year? And we still couldn’t stop anybody. Coaches have them playing like Madden defenses just running to their spot and standing there, hoping qb makes a bad overthrow and hits us in the numbers

 

I'd say a lot of it has to do with giving up 60+. You do what Tennessee did last week and players will start to doubt coaches when being coached.

 

Theo was drafted but didn’t make the last cut with the Titans.

That’s a yikes. We theoretically should have the talent to get it done, but I have no idea what to expect right now.

 

Will we notice them being out?

 

We may be dipping into the walk-ons in the secondary at some point tonight. We’re almost out of bodies.

 

Vandy by 10. I suggest brining your sofas and mattresses in lighter fluid as it will make for a quicker burn after the game.

 

I expect Vandy to come out and just chuck it long from the get go. We better blitz more tonight. Why we stopped after the Kentucky game is beyond me.
