I've seen people win the lottery twice. Still not going to mortgage my house to buy tickets.

Did you even watch the game? Our play was not Vandy level. It was worse. I won't even consider the other teams you mentioned.

If you're seeing me as a Jones defender, you're misreading the situation.

Our offense was better than Vandy's defense. Our defense was much, much worse than Vandy's offense.

We had a better chance of winning by scoring two TDs and not letting Vandy touch the ball than by going to OT and trying to get a stop.

I don't disagree, but the playcall, coming out of a timeout, was hilariously bad

And the bad part was, I knew they were going to either motion Kamara out and run a bootleg to his side or just swing it out to him.

I would have rather kicked the fg and moved on just because the play call made my blood pressure go through the roof

Their defense in the 2nd half out played our offense.

I remember laughing my ass off. I wasn't even upset about it.

It is a horrible feeling, trust me.

A fair point. That said, would you rather put that game on the offense in regulation or rely on the defense in OT? I know which one I'm picking, and it isn't even close. Especially when you look at our OT history under Jones and see two fumbles, two picks, and a FG in seven OT periods.

A fair point on OT as well. But I would like our defense on a shorter field just because the secondary would have less ground to cover.

Fair. I think the decision to kick the FG is completely defensible. I just prefer going for it. The play call might've been some 2014 OU field goal or 2014 UF extra point level crap, but the decision to go for it wasn't.

Problem is they neither kicked or tried to get a first down.

    Only Butch.

  18. Did anyone ask the players what was said in the huddle during the final timeout?
