He wasn't penalized, he absolutely hammered the guy and slid about 6 yards into some equipment. He then accidentally grazed his head while standing up

After further review, chin strap appears to be loose and bouncing around in his facemask. Clearly disoriented and both feet kind of looked a little unsure with his first steps.

 

I kind of prefer the he stomped him on purpose narrative. I'm enjoying the attitude the team has now.
