LOL. No, but if our guy had just won the Orange Bowl in his second year, we'd all be drawing up his lifetime contract.
He loves Dabo, Mullen, and Row, Row, Row Your Boat man. I like Chavis, and it hurts to see him make bad life decisions like those.
He's a goober. That can't be denied. Not sure how anybody could say he's even doing a bad job at Florida.
Mullen's a good coach. He'd done well here. He'll do well at Florida. That said, I still don't want anything to do with him. Just.........something I don't like.
If Pruitt won the Orange Bowl in a season he starts 3 different QBs and rebounds from an 0-2 start, I would be happy
Yes, for sure - because it would have been an exceptionally harder path for Pruitt to have reached the Orange Bowl with this team, than for Mullen to have done so at Florida. That’s exactly my point. Do you see how you’re not only failing to help your argument, and instead, only further strengthening mine? You evaluate coaches the same way you pick defensible positions in a debate - stupidly. But now, you’re only proving incapable of admitting when you’re wrong, to boot. That’s a tough combination of traits to be saddled with. I don’t live in a world in which I have to adopt your baseless belief that Dan Mullen is any suitable standard by which to measure the success of any coach. And did you ever list his many accomplishments, so that we could all see how you came to give him such a lofty status in your mind?
You go overboard on everything. I never said he was [uck fay]ing Lombardi. Just said he was a good coach. You’re looking for an argument today it seems.
I am generally amazed people still think Dabo isn't a good coach. Not sure what else he has to do at this point.
virginia also made the orange bowl. is anyone going to argue that they had a nationally relevant year?
Hes Butch Jones with infinitely better football IQ and CEO sense to hire good coaches and let them do their jobs.
