Sending something other than a proper sample can't be expected to be a fair metric of a test. Notably, they have a lot of deaths there. Also, I don't think it is WHO that is processing the tests.
I have heard this one for years, and it is the single greatest thing to come out of Mayberry, by far. If it wasn't planned, it was dumb luck genius.
