He looks like a guy that would be riding an electric scooter around Walmart wearing a flannel shirt and gray sweat pants instead of a head coach in the SEC.

 

In all seriousness, can you imagine being a player right now? Being told Heupel is your new HC?

 

This guy can’t recruit. The job or roster won’t be attractive when we fire him in 4 years.

 

All it proves is that this hire is SO bad, even those idiots can clearly see how bad it is.

 

It’ll be a sparsely populated room... because the rest of the team is in a conga line headed for The Portal...

We’ll see but I can’t imagine being super hacked to play for this guy. You know the recruiting is going to suck and if the Oline plays like they did last year... it won’t matter who the QB is.

Heupel's the guy until he isn't. I'll be watching come fall, and they'll still have my support, however meager it may continue to be. I hope he wins it all.

Yes recruiting is a concern and already was if we have a postseason ban. Offensive players want to show their talents though so that may help a little

 

If the O-line doesn’t improve substantially they won’t get a chance to show much.

Hmm. Well, he won with Frost's players, and Frost is about to get fired after 3 straight losing seasons in Nebraska.

So maybe the portal website overloads and we accidentally keep some of our current players? Best I can do.

 

All we can hope for is an offense that puts up points to keep us interesting to recruits and hopefully a DC that can muster up a handful of stops a game. Then maybe we can springboard this into a real hire in a few years. Who knows, maybe he gets us back to what this programs floor should be or past it.
