It’s kinda like the KenPom of football. Doesn’t have as long of a track record though.

 

8th in total offense last year. I believe we were 108th. Sounds more enjoyable to watch.

In no world can UT hire Freeze after firing Pruitt for recruiting violations.

 

I guess I'll do what I've done since 2019 - not plan my Saturdays around UT football and check the scores on ESPN.

I don't think he's going to bomb here, but this doesn't inspire confidence.

Is this thread about Heupels positive simplex A or Simplex B? Does it matter where it flares up?

 

I love recording games and only watching later if warranted. What I give up in drama and surprise is hugely offset by freeing up my time and not wasting time on shit games.

Heupel is an odd personality. Doesn’t speak well. He won’t appeal to the fans or boosters. White missed big time on the PR side of this. Our offense should improve but JH not a good recruiter. I am pretty bummed.

I can’t predict anything with certainty but I think his ceiling is lower. Though if his QB comes with him, we could outscore the bottom 1/2 of the conference. Needs a strong def cord and staff. And recruiting help. Some media geek to make cool videos because his personal appeal is bad.

 

UT can probably crack top 20 classes with you or me in charge. Develop QBs, bring the OL coach and hire good coaches. We've seen what focusing on recruiting ability alone does.
