There is a joke to be made about really not liking the D, for anyone so inclined to make jokes.

We're cruising for diehard conservatives to be chilly towards her and she being surprised (again). I do feel kind of bad for conservative-minded people with "nontraditional" identities. That's a rock and a hard place.

    What are TERFs?

I am wondering what her position is on the nation-wide movement in a number of states to ban trans people from playing sports in their chosen gender, affecting 3, 4, maybe even up to 7, Americans in the country.

    Trans-exclusionary radical feminists

They tend to be pretty shitty people

Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminists. The ones who think trans people are intruding their domain of feminism.

Randy Quaid said he is considering running.

This is so much potential to everyone living outside of California.

Just imagine how busy I'll be building former Californians' houses here

Seriously, I've finished four new builds the last 90 days, all four were sold to former California residents.

I'm in the process of building a multi million dollar warehouse for a company moving out of California too.

they are coming in droves and actually most would be considered conservatives, tired of some California stuff. We had a real estate agent call and ask if we would sell our home above zillow value. Said they have transplants looking to move in town, with cash, and go to Brentwood schools, but there aren't many options and I'm not moving up in price or size. Talked to the wife about it, but then looked on zillow and realtracs and there is nowhere for us to go to stay in same school system. In all of Brentwood, there are 3 or 4 homes under 750k (i paid 299 many years ago), and they aren't much to look at. House down the road just sold for $278/sq foot. Its nuts. Between Nashville people running away from tax hikes, Cali, Chicago and New Jersey/New York, it's mindboggling what is happening to the market

It's hard to believe how crowded that state is, if it isn't the desert.

especially given the fact there are huge areas that are sparsely populated.

I wonder how much of the state lives within 50 miles of the coast?
