Now recent reports from a video siting Guinness Book of World Records states that GTA V has 49 sq/mi of land. The maps just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Also, videos of gameplay are starting to leak.
I don't see any way this game is going to suck. It's going to be the sum of all the things that R* has learned across multiple titles in several different genres on this generation of consoles all compressed down into one epic game. At the very least it's going to be great IMO, at best, it might be a contender for GOAT.
This game will never come close to the GOAT. Probably no game ever will come close to some of the legendary games produced for the SNES.
How is this a troll? The greatest games of all time were undoubtedly created on the SNES and if you honestly want to debate that then I question your sanity.
One of the all time greats but one of the few good games the N64 produced. Went away from the RPG elements with that system. Still a great system though.. Especially for multiplayer - just hard to compare to the SNES.
Super Mario 64 007: Goldeneye TLOZ: Ocorina of Time Donkey Kong 64 The SNES had: Super Mario Bros. 3 Super Mario World Donkey Kong Country Series That's about it. This game will be better than all.
Banjo Kazooie, k thanks bye.
LOL - you didnt even include any of the greatest RPGs of all time. Funny. Just because its not your genre you prefer doesn't make them great. It was also home to the best game in the Final Fantasy series. The only RPG game the 64 had was quest 64 and it was an abomination. Also it's laughable you would consider putting DK64 in the same sentence at the SNES donkey kong games. Mario party series is way more notable than DK64 and probably goldeneye. How are you gonna list OoT but forget the Zelda game that paved the way for it in a link to the past? And the first ever Mario Kart was simply amazing and still fun today - I have a hard time picking between it and the 64 version. There are countless RPGs on the SNES system though that will forever be considered the best there ever was. It sounds like you never truly experienced the SNES if that's your opinion on it. GTA won't touch these - doesn't matter how big their budget is.
