I mean, it's not going to make you fluent or anything. Definitely not perfect, but if it'll give you the general gist of something and doesn't need a network connection to work. Helpful if you're travelling, or trying to read an El Camino's manual on how to open the trunk from the inside.
That is a much better idea than Google Translate. Being instant and not needing internet access is the game changer. Hell, give Mexicans eye glasses with this technology and businesses won't need two welcome signs anymore.
My point was more that if it's as inaccurate as I've found Google translate to be a lot of the time, the translations will either be wrong or won't make sense.
