Did anyone see him as and after the verdict was read? Never has a man looked more like a guilty sociopath. Just... cold. Empty.
He also is already in trouble in prison for basically standing guard while another inmate went to another cell or some such thing.
I believe I heard after this they moved him to isolation. Dude is a true sociopath and probably needs to be isolated from the populace.
Doesn't he cross over into psychopath. Like, Dennis Reynolds is a sociopath, but somebody that kills is a psychopath, no?
A psychopath loses their grip on reality. A sociopath lives in reality, but has zero empathy. Killing people has nothing to do with either, as far as I know. But I am no psych major, but a hack layperson like in most things.
Sociopaths (more common) commit crimes of anger/passion. Psychopaths are the cold calculating serial killer types. Both lack empathy, sympathy, etc. https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/wicked-deeds/201401/how-tell-sociopath-psychopath I'd say Hernandez is a prototypical sociopath.
I think the words blur and go back and forth as well. I could have sword that how psychopaths are now described when I just looked is how sociopaths were once described (when I looked back in the day). But I could have always had the two mixed up, and it wouldn't be the first time. Either way, the dude obviously has no empathy and no sense of right and wrong.
What has been said about his behavior in the locker room environment? I mean, did he have any friends? It's hard to imagine people wouldn't be able to at least notice there might be something wrong with him.
