It's no dang wonder as to why the offensive scheme is so limited. The players are too busy learning weekly catchphrases to put much of an effort into the gameplan.

These are the comments of a man who has allowed things to get out from underneath him, in regards to those who have seen behind the curtain, know better, aren't going to play along with his bullshit, and has no idea what to do about it.

Which seems to include every player of note on the team. Seriously, every day now he says something, and a player gently contradicts him like he's their crazy grandfather ranting about "foreigners."
