Need a QB coach.

 

I don't know much about either, but Penn State fans seem to be hoping Gattis is out. That's not the best sign.

 

Gattis' 247 profile is not very appealing. He ain't in the running for recruiter of the year or anything that's for sure.

 

I don't care who comes as long as we get a QB coach. That should be the #1 priority, IMO.

 

He was actually Big10 recruiter of the year last year.

For being 31, his resume doesn't look that bad to me.

 

Get an actual QB coach or this offseason will be a failure.

That's funny because he was last year's big 10 recruiter of the year.

 

I just took a quick glance and saw only one 3 star commit from him this year. I should have dug a little deeper.

 

LWS is not being his usual equivocating self on staff changes. Said the only changes remaining would be if any defensive coaches look for other jobs at the convention this week. He said a that Butch liked the chemistry between the current defensive staff and Shoop. So that could mean fewer changes.

Mahoney is fully backed by Buych according to him and the players love him. So he doesn't see him going, which would open up the door for a QB coach.

 

How deep?

 

That's disappointing. Shoop is a huge step in the right direction, but we really need a QB coach, and Mahoney seems entirely extraneous.

 

How many P5 (or SEC) schools don't have a QB coach?
