Selling the house

Have any of you guys or gals ever buried a St Joseph statue to sell a house? I have had the homestead on the market for a while, and we finally broke down and bought one of the Catholic "home sale kits".

 

Start telling prospective buyers that George Clooney and Ashley Judd both lived there at some time.

 

... Did you get the cheapest one you could find, or did you go all out? Because I've got to think it matters. I'll ask Fr next meeting.
