Strange Question

But I shall ask anyways. Does anyone on here have any family/friends/acquaintances that work for Anheuser Busch? I'm looking at a few job opportunities there and I wanted to get some information on what this talent program is all about. TIA

I honestly wouldn't be looking if this new RIDICULOUS eval system wasn't in place.

 

I understand. I have no qualms being evaluated on MY performance, but when up to 50% of MY eval relies on others, I have a problem. It will get worse, and we will lose more good folks like you.
