Nope. Never seen someone shoot 50% from 3 and be as bad as he is from the line.

 

Gotta win ugly games sometimes. UT has melted down in those earlier in the year

 

Late in the season, its win and advance. Find a way to get a W, even if it's ugly.

 

It’s all in his head. He’s just not confident at the line, too much time to sit and think. He’s a great catch and shoot guy.

 

Two more years and Admiral Schofield will be one of the most revered and loved Vols of all time.

 

Against a team that has much more to gain than we do at this point.

 

Admiral is a junior this year.

 

He’s dropped off in league play

 

5-0 against UK, FL and VU this year.

 

I would guess it's been a long time since that has happened.

Side note: I get that the SEC is usually hyped up, but I don't see it being an especially tough league this year. A lot of average teams that sometimes beat the few inconsistent good teams

 

More depth than in a while. Usually there are about 5 or 6 decent teams, this year there is a legit 9 or 10. Just none that really are that top level make a run in March quality. Conference could legitimately (and deservedly) get 8 teams in and 0 make it to the Sweet 16.

Last night was an important win, it put us 2 games ahead of everyone behind us log jammed at 8-7. Had we lost we'd been tied with UF for 2nd (Tie breaker to them) and several of the other teams right behind us have a head to head over us (Mizzou, Arky, Bama)

Need to win 2 out of the last 3, all 3 would be nice, but unless we screw up big time we're gonna have a double bye in the SECT.

 

I saw 1979 as the last time according to someone on twitter.

Weird, I have no confidence. Just feels like we have little margin for error to win games. Guess that's true for 95% of teams

 

There’s so much parity in CBB I think that goes for just about every conference. There’s no sure bet to make it to the 2nd weekend

 

I could us dropping one. Seems like we have trouble on the road over there
