Didn’t he also say it’s a former Vol? I read that elsewhere. Also, didn’t he also say it was done last weekend.

 

He said it was 95% done, which seems wrong. We interviewed Kendal Briles, who signed an extension with Houston in between now and then. If he were already almost wrapped up, why sign the extension? If we were already 95% wrapped up with another guy, why interview Briles and Lebby?

 

FSU rivals mods have said the UT-Briles deal appears to have lost steam with the primary factors being not letting him bring the OL coach and philosophical differences.

 

Haven't heard that part.

 

If it cant be announced for a couple weeks it puts you in a media/fan quandary somewhat. Who are you looking at, interviewing? Are you talking to anyone? Are you doing anything?
