So did he attack three people or one? Important. Need to know how bad I want him not to be dismissed.
I'm reserving judgement. "disturbing the peace" and "resisting" seem like to pieces of bread with nothing in the sandwich. Like when someone is arrested and charged with only "resisting arrest"... so why were they arrested?
I agree, but part of me is torn between wanting the resisting part to be complete BS versus him laying into two or three and being a handful to subdue.
So what do you think happened? He just attacked an officer? I'm saying we should at least wait and see what comes out of it all. It isn't hard to be charged with "resisting arrest" and "battery of an officer." You can get both when already in handcuffs. We just don't live in a time where I assume everything is on the up-and-up. We've seen too much. Innocent until proven guilty. Hopefully the officer had a camera on.
To be clear, there is no reason to be physical with an officer. However, we know people have literally been suffocated to death and were said to be "resisting" when trying to breathe.
Have no idea and I’m not gonna jump to conclusions. Just pointing out you glossed over the other charges.
He supposedly punched an officer. https://www.local10.com/sports/coll...r-kenneth-george-jr-arrested-in-south-florida
