It's like we needed to lose to Chattanooga before we can be negative about how things are going so far.

 

This is my view. There's plenty to complain about - that is warranted - and not a lot of positives.

 

To you, what makes this board more enjoyable than VN?

 

Multiple people said it because the future is obvious. He doesn’t deserve to be fired now, but it’s a foregone conclusion he’s going to start the season 1-6.

Please go back and delete every post you made complaining about Butch prior to 2017.

 

With a serviceable QB our record is totally different and our outlook as well.

 

With a serviceable defense Dooley gets a contract extension.

 

With a serviceable QB Butch gets year six.

 

Pretty sure he was on his knees with mouth open a pretty long time.

 

Also the serviceable QB was right there. We let him walk. He’s starting at UNC and looks a lot better than what we’ve got.

 

Pretty unfortunate Pruitt didn't have an opportunity to bring one in.

 

What’s there to positive about at this point?

 

I think the team is better in some spots, so not sure he’s necessarily wrong. My biggest issue with it is that it’s just something you don’t say after losing to Ga State.

 

Says aight a lot and likes cornbread. No way a good ole boy like that won’t be successful.

 

I love the "you guys are so negative, yada yada yada...." stuff. Then when asked why we should be positive, crickets.

I want Pruitt to do well. But good grief, 6-10 through 16 games with some embarrassing losses (and how they happened) isn't making a strong case he can do it.

 

Did he then turn around and lose to the next horrible team on the schedule?
