I'll be the first to tell you that I am as guilty of sunshine pumping after a bad hire as anyone. I'm not gullible by any means but after 30+ years on this earth, Ive found that positivity and optimism is healthier than the alternative when it comes to leisure interests. Saying that, I would be surprised if the hire is a disappointment.
It sounds like Matt Campbell is choice #1. Not saying he’s the next coach but I think he got the first call.
Honestly the smoke makes me kinda think it isn’t him—we didn’t start hearing White’s name until soon before the announcement. Which is disappointing because he’s the guy I want.
