Kiffin has already tried twice to follow a legend. Would he really do that a third time? Not to mention it would be 1000x harder to follow Saban than Fulmer or Carroll. The Bammers will check out on their next guy the first time he loses more than once in a season.
That depends if you mean fans or the people that may be involved with the hire. They’re about to hire an AD so it’s all speculation until they do that.
I think Saturday broke a large part of their fan base. It's what happens when you lie to yourself for so long (Tennessee isn't a rival, doesn't matter, etc.). I mean taking this as a shot at bammer?
Nah, they're right that we aren't their rival. We're their Arch. F'n. Rival. In the South's (maybe nation's) premier rivalry. I've never seen them react like this when losing to Auburn, minus killing historic trees. Their tantrum right now just shows that Auburn is their little brother. We're on a whole nother level, whether they want to admit it or not.
Probably shouldn’t be on twitter if you haven’t been paying attention to how many people get canceled for their tweets. He’s a little too old to know what a burner account is for.
I hate that he lost his job over it, but he actually had other problematic posts of a racist nature as well. So once his employer started looking, I guess it snowballed.
I didn't look, but if it was that one tweet, yeah, hate he got fired over it. But if it was a continuous thing, then time for him to get his life in order.
