How so?
Looking bad in a close game hurts for sure, but we can still rebound from that against SC and keep our playoff hopes alive. There are scenarios where a close win would prevent us from going, but I can also think of a lot of scenarios where we still go. If TCU loses then we pass them. If PAC 12 champ has 2 losses then we stay ahead of them. In that case it is Georgia Michigan Tennessee and Ohio State. A loss nukes all of that.
I think every single team has games where they have played bad against lesser opponents, including Georgia against Missouri.
It’s pretty dead on campus. Less than half the people around the stadium that the other games this year had.
Noon game. Rain coming. Mizzou. Coming off big loss. Not unexpected. Rain is probably the biggest factor, though.
Just hope the team is refocused and motivated. The fans definitely aren’t, but this is one of those situations where the culture of the room matters a lot.
Dont think the VOLS would be afforded a pass like OSU last week? That was ugly and Northwestern is straight ass.
OSU probably wins out so it doesn't matter for them right now. If they were a one loss team it would have hurt.
