He did in the court of public opinion, maybe, until the public found out at trial there was a Snapchat video from his son’s phone that basically placed him there at the crime scene right before the murders took place.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is only the case for a Temporary Injunction. The actual NIL-Anti-trust case is still awaiting trial.
