Yeah, pretty sure it’s in place until the trial is decided, which the judge deemed they’d be more likely than not of losing. If they lose, they’re toast.
Not if they lose or are dead or both. And I don't know anyone who thinks they will be either winning or living by the time that thing ends. The Big 10 and SEC are on the precipice of removing their lungs, blood eagle style.
The thing I found interesting from the actual article. "According to UT’s proposal, an “overwhelming majority” of SEC schools already have a similar foundation set up to support financial needs of the athletics department and student-athletes. Chair John Compton said that includes 11 of 14 SEC schools. Plowman said the University of Memphis also has one."
