2024 Spring Practice

Spring practice started today.

 

Uh, Nico looks like he's been pumping some iron.

 

No doubt he has been pumping something

 

Everyone definitely passed the eye test in the few pictures we've seen. I hope that it is a reflection of the squad as a whole. This team can be really REALLY good this season.

 

Trevor Duncan to the Online. I wonder if the staff became concerned about a lack of athletes on the line as Jeremias Heard is supposed to be moving to OT once he reports.

 

He was always moving to OL. They think he's a first round OT alledgedly.

 

Looking at some of these dudes and I think we've installed the Bama weight room plan.

 

Every photo I see of someone from last year, they are noticeably more jacked.

 

That was actually the pic where I finally went big eyed.

We got some dudes that got jacked.

 

Nico looked like he has been doing some work too. He was very lanky like a Scooby Doo character, now he looks like a comic book hero.

 

Yeah Nico got thicker in the shoulders and neck. Carrying the pads different.

 

The shit you can do with peptides and stuff now a strength staff could really push it

 

I don’t think I’ll be surprised when everyone we play next season just decides to forfeit

 

The 2024 Heisman, Maxwell, Thorpe, Biletnikoff, O'Brien, Outland and Nagurski trophy winners will be announced by the end of this Spring Practice.

He needs to be at least 220 by the start of fall camp. 225 would be better. Especially if he’s going to be running as much as he did in the bowl

 

That is another 25 lbs from the Fall. I bet he is half way there.

 

On a frame like his, that is very doable. Just got to have eating discipline.
