Are we after James because of Paulk? Thought I read somewhere that Paulk would be greyshirted because of his ACL...
I can't find anything outside of rumors for the greyshirt idea so it appears to be speculation at best.
I think we take three 'backs this cycle. We're looking at Chris James and Derrell Scott Both our RB commits (Hurd & Paulk) missed this (SR) season due to injury. Neal will be gone. Lane is oft-injured then there's Hill and Smith. Cannot go wrong w/ either Chris James and Derrell Scott (OV Oct 05), I tend to lean towards Chris James, he's the bigger of the two, runs a sub 4.5 and I like his thick build with low center of gravity.
The only way I see Paulk greyshirting is if momma paulk, paulk and Butch all agree staying home and rehabbing is what's best
Like having an EE JUCO (2 yrs to play). He avg'd 2.9ypc for the Terps. Not impressed how he finished (last 10 gms = 36 carries / 29yds / 1 TD) the '12 season. I could see him getting a look at slot and ST. Justus Pickett
