We have gotten crystal ball predictions from Ryan Callahan and Luke Stampini in the last day or so for this kid. Announces tomorrow at 2:45pm.

I'm assuming this isn't an immediate playing time guy.

 

RS prospect. Has a very good frame and athleticism from what I've seen. Feed the boy 5k Calories a day and keep him in the weight room and he could be a starting tackle in a couple of years. I think he is a very good pickup. Nice offer sheet.

 

That's kind of what I was thinking. Seemed kind of light based on first glance.

He'll be fine. 40 or so pounds added on in the correct way. Probably will be red shirted to add the needed weight. I'm personally glad we get to bring in kids like this to mold and not having to worry about them playing right away.

 

If they get him here in the early summer, by the bowl season, he will probably be 280-285 and then they will add the rest before the next fall
