2013 World Series

I'm sure this is the match-up NYY has been hoping for since first day of spring training.

 

Best possible matchup, imo.

NYY just jumped into the Tennessee River.

 

he needs to get a taste of how we all felt in the late 90s

 

Probably the first time in a long time the best team in each league for the season made it to the Series.

Flying home tomorrow for games 1 & 2. Tough to predict, should be a great series.

 

I hope so. I want to see a good series, but most importantly a Cardinals World Series win.

That's awesome! I haven't been back in 2 years. Been wanting to get back for a while now. On top of getting back, the World Series would pretty much be too much for me too handle.

While Boston certainly isn't home to me I spent more of my adult life there than anywhere else at this point. Makes me want to get back to visit...

 

i may not have mentioned this but I'm going to game 4 in StL

I, personally, am hoping that the cleaning crew for the Tampa Bay Buc's helps to clean the Cardinals' locker rooms.
