So, as this thing takes its last few breaths, let’s review the notable moments of the 2017 season... 1.) Tennessee embarrasses itself by allowing a Florida receiver to get behind its defense to score a 50 yard game winning TD pass on the final play of the game 3.) Vols take out their frustration on UMASS with a 17-point flurry of offense, scoring what would be there only offensive touchdowns in the next month 4.) Vols record worst loss in more than 100 years in Neyland stadium, fail to score against Georgia 5.) Butch lectured media on “Fake news” 6.) Butch educates media on importance of “leadership reps” 7.) Butch fired after Georgia....nope, nevermind. 8.) Butch fails to score an offensive TD in home loss to South Carolina, is subsequently fired....nope, nevermind. 9.) Butch fails to score an offensive TD in 40-point loss to rival Alabama, is subsequently fired....nope, nevermind. 10.) Butch offense celebrates first TD in over a month at Kentucky. 11). Butch loses to Kentucky for only the 2nd time in last 33 years of Tennessee football, is subsequently fired....nope, nevermind. 12.) Butch and staff overlooked a clearly concussed player on field for 2 full quarters against Kentucky, is subsequently fired...nope, nevermind. 13.) #EmptyNeyland is a [uck fay]ing thing 14.) Holy frijoles... this is the worst season I can ever remember. Worse than any of the DDIAPOS years... worse than the losing streak that got Majors canned... worse than... worse than... hell its just awful. The worst thing is that we're tired of even being pissed about it any more...
