My lord, they are even structured to be able to be bought out early should something better come along. The greed.

I'm kind of surprised Chadwell is not being courted/considered/pursued for some of these bigger openings. And if he is, I'm not seeing much mention of it.

He'll need a few more years like Napier

That makes sense, but if I'm AD at a school like TCU, I snatch him up now and let him grow into the role.

Good Staples articles on Chadwell yesterday. Still some skepticism his offense can work at P5 level consistently and he wants to keep his entire staff together.

Love him or hate him, I'm not sure there's a man in America who does his job better than Jimmy Sexton.

A parasite that threatens the life of its host is not doing a great job. Sexton could kill CFB if he doesn't control himself.

i have no doubt his offense works, but the lack of power 5 experience on his staff is a huge red flag if he’s not willing to hire some recruiters.

Not a good idea. Ask Scott Frost how that works out. Honestly if I were an AD and he demanded to bring his full staff from Costal, I’d pass on him.

Looks like Sonny Dykes to TCU is inevitable.

Good lord… they’d have been better off keeping Patterson.

His job is not to worry about the sport. His job is to make his clients the most money possible. I'm not saying this view is the best interest of the sport, I'm just saying it's His job.

Hes been doing it since 1984. First player was his friend Reggie White. 37 years.
For those wanting agents to give schools a break, keep looking. An gent who isn't good at getting his client the best contract possible isn't around that long.

They’re making billions of dollars a year and it has become a business.

The issue is they’re more good programs than good coaches available not agents and a lot of of bean counters running athletic programs that don’t make good hires.

it finally looks like we fell into a good hire and it will work.
