I think something similar. I don't think it's the same condition, but one which produces more testosterone than the average female.
I understand this concern, but it is hypothetical to this Olympics despite the uproar. They have some metrics that sort out eligibility, and trans women were deemed ineligible for this Olympics. I think that was upsetting for the shit stirrers so they are manufacturing something with this woman who may or may not have some sort of disorder.
They tried this with the impressive lady rugby player like 3 days ago, but she was too sweet and funny for it to stick.

You get to send three overage players and Morocco had the benefit of no other summer tournament to keep their best players from participating. It's also not a tournament where national teams can force club teams to release them, but I guess Morocco made a deal with PSG since he plays in Paris.
