why does it have to be what it is? someone can actually change it to something more effective.

Just like losing our QB made the idiotic run game we were trying actually somewhat effective.

That's actually what we pay coaches for.

 

The jury is still out for me on Butch, even though I've stated many times he hasn't dropped the ball yet. However, I think if this blocking scheme doesn't change, along with a possible change with the OC, it could tell the tale for him. There's being loyal and then there's being ignorant.

for my money, he dropped the ball several times this year. If not for the recruiting, many would be clamoring for change sooner than later. The coaching has been iffy at the very best.

 

"IF"? Don't hold your breath. Butch chose Mahoney over Pittman. They are recruiting players to the scheme. Preferring Kendrick, Sanders and Weisman over Skipper, Koehler, and Denver. How has that worked out?
