By no means am I proclaiming UT will be winning any titles soon, but the last few days have actually brought a bit of light to a program that seems to have had a black cloud over it's head for a while. Couple of good coaching hires and some good news from the recruiting world from the weekend. Not a bad few days at all. Hope it keeps going.
Really, really needed some good news for the program. I think the positive impact was dampened somewhat, by all the rumors of Kevin Steele, Navy's DC, Baylor's DC, and Randy Shannon. It would have been better if that stuff could have not been so public.
Way to go Cardinal. You just gave us the kiss of death. It's like an announcer saying a FG kicker is perfect from a certain distance. You can bet he is missing the kick. Bad news coming now. Seriously, I'm not ready to proclaim we now have all the pieces of the puzzle, but we are closer than we were. I hope the new hires compensate somewhat for our lack of leadership at the top.
