No need to brace. I have said all along that Dave should do the right thing and get an actual degree.

 

I thought coaches had to have a degree? Obviously not?

 

Most places require it. Dave has a degree from a diploma mill. Which to many, myself included, thinks that looks worse than just having a high school degree.

It could be something really special if he started taking classes part-time in the Fall to go towards a degree. Sure, it might take several years but at least he would be walking the walk.

 

Would go a long way to sway some detractors. Doubt that ever happens.

 

Exactly. Serrano needs to weed out anything or any player who isn't on "his page". I'm fed up with UT being a non issue in baseball. Either get with the program or get out. Kudos to Serrano.
