After you subtract the teams that are supposedly leaving you have a who's who of Tire Bowl perennial hopefuls. Im not sure what committee isn't going to laugh them out of a conference call. If the trend continues and after the dust settles, there will be a long line of at large teams that will deserve an at large big before one of these bottom feeders do.
