Which is fair. Only 3 games for an alleged threat to the campus and another domestic incident? Just to come back and play your rival because your season started like shit?
Second known offense. First offense, I'd agree. Seems too risky to me but I don't know what's gone on in private.
He yelled at a girl. A girl yelled back. He broke a gate and threw it. The end. He's not a violent criminal.
And I'm sure punishment has been handled internally as well and he knows if he screws up again, he gone. I'm good with playing him this weekend.
I always make sure to break something when I get in an argue with my wife, since that’s completely normal behavior.
I don't think anyone is calling it normal. destructive behavior isnt violent behavior, and this was not something of great value or sensitivity. we can fix it, he can do better, and everyone can move forward
I wish it were as simple as everyone just moving on. There’s a pattern of behavior developing here that is not normal and should be addressed. As long as it is, and continues to be, then yes, we as fans should trust that it’s being taken care of. However, the University should continue to work with him and get him the help he needs for his anger management issues going forward, and he should be receptive to their help.
I threw a pillow at my wife a few years back and she got pissed. "You are throwing something at me!?" -its a [uck fay]ing pillow!
Problem is with the first instance, we dont know what happened and the report states "mutual". Hope he doesnt have a problem and can fix it now if he does. Usually, its not a one time deal. That said, he may not have such an issue if he keeps himself out of ugly situations with girlfriends. Find a good woman and calm tf down. 1 more instance and his NFL $ is gone.
You guys were also blasting a UT fan and grandmother for her grandchild’s choice of football fandom, so I don’t expect intellectual honesty about other team’s actions.
