So a weird thing has been happening in Charlotte. A group of about 20 to 30 fans a night are going to Bobcats games dressed in Charlotte Hornets gear and have started an online petition to reclaim the "Hornets" brand from New Orleans. Well, since Tom Benson bought the Hornets (New Orleans) he wants to rebrand the team to fit that city. Which means the Hornets might be back in play for Charlotte. Obviously those beautiful purple uniforms would return but a big problem remains: that roster sucks.
