They will need to improve mightily, and pretty damn fast, if they want to even consider that. They looked very slow last night, their QB couldn't hit wide open receivers down field to save his life, and they turn the ball over. A lot. Oh, and a senior kicker who had his first college attempt last night. Is this just Brady Hoke being Michigan's Dooley?
Even if michigan's qb improves to good by the end of the season I can't see ohio state losing to them unless they completely shit the bed or Meyer plays a qb with a broken hand and he throws 3 ints like Carroll did in 07.
I can't see that happening. Shit like that usually only takes place when the team is struggling. If Barrett is the guy and they're pounding teams by 3-4 scores, who in that locker room is going to have the audacity to challenge him over it? Even if they're full of shit (they probably are), both guys have went on record as saying that there wouldn't be any animosity and that they themselves wouldn't want it to be a two QB system. Either way, it'll be interesting to see how they work it out but Ohio State is going to murder every team on their schedule not named Michigan State.
Sakerlina opened -9. Down to -7.5. Wilds, Samuel, Mitch, and Googer all questionable. Starting OL Cody Waldrop out until later in the season.
I'd hit WSU +19 hard. Why a team who can't close out games would be favored by that much against any power 5 opponent is beyond me.
