Contributing Newcomers

Some new faces that Pruitt has brought in via recruiting and transfers that will likely be starters or have significant roles:

Brandon Kennedy- starting center

Alontae Taylor- starting corner

Bryce Thompson-will play a lot in the corner rotation

Trevon Flowers- starting safety

Dominic Wood-Anderson- starting tight end

Madre London- will split reps with Chandler and Jordan

Jerome Carvin- will be in the offensive guard rotation

Emmit Gooden- will play a lot of snaps on the defensive line


I would say Gaulden is the only piece we lost off last years team, and we have at least 8 newcomers that are going to be playing a lot. Improved roster+improved coaching=a fun season coming our way.

 

Jordan Allen will get every opportunity to prove he can play

If Tillman has looked as good as everyone says he has, he'll get snaps too

Paxton Brooks may be the punter

I also heard about Madre London over Banks. That surprises me.

 

Id figure out a way to play all of those backs.

 

Banks will be fine. Madre is a man and hes still a kid

 

Banks is having to adjust to being away from home.

 

Madre is a pretty damn good back, too. He's physical, he delivers a blow and he doesn't lose yards. He got hurt and got passed up by another really good back at MSU. It happens

 

I’ve heard nothing but good things about our running back group.

 

I have to admit a screw up. I thought Banks was the MSU back. I had the names wrong. I'm obviously not in game shape.

 

This is why pre season awards lists are stupid

Good sign they think this kid is going to be a stud.
