What I heard a couple of days ago is that the vast majority of owners had an agreement, and warned the Cowboys and Redskins not to overspend. And they said go pound sand. Most recent take I heard was that Cowboys and Skins were going to explore a lawsuit, due to the fact that it was other owners forcing them to do something they didn't want to do... I don't understand "collusion," but that was the term I heard on Cowherd and Mike & Mike.
