I don't get too caught up in his remarks about anything but this one just stuck out.

He's 20 years old Im sure he knows if his ribs are injured or broken. His family appears to be bright people, Im sure if his ribs were broke they could understand him explaining it and not need to jump on twitter for the scoop.

And lets wait until 6 days after the game to kill the rumors.

 

I've had broken ribs, and I'd guess that some other posters here have also. When mine were broken, I would get the urge to cough. And I kept a pillow nearby so I could grab it and squeeze it against my ribs to ease the pain. Or I would wedge my self against the fireplace or whatever I could find to keep it from killing me.

If Dobbs has broken ribs and he still plays, I'll have to admit he's a lot tougher than I am.

 

So, correct me if I read this wrong, but he's completely ****ed up?

translation: he's injured, but we don't want our opponents keying on it.

I bet he at least has severely bruised ribs.

any time all these extra word gymnastic/embellishments come up, you know there's something there. if he just stops with "100% healthy," it's a lot less suspicious.

 

What are they gonna do? Tackle him when he does keep it?

I don't know, maybe Jones thinks that makes sense. If its me I show him laying on a training table with blood everywhere if Im gonna play games.

 

Maybe Dobbs is a tough SOB and he really is fine.
