Mike Tomlin threw out that gem in his press conference today. It immediately became one of my favorite sayings.

 

Losers look for excuses, winners look for solutions.

 

Wisdom.

 

Tomlin owns; the Steelers are the best-run org in pro sports IMO.

Just read The Last Headhunters or whatever; looking back on the Steelers going directly from Noll to Cowher to Tomlin -- with each of them taking over at an extremely young age...that's how you do it. [dadgum].

 

Loathe the Steelers. Love Tomlin.

 

This quote makes me immediately think of a coach, but I can't put my finger on which one. It'll eventually come to me.

 

I laughed. Could it be the one that gets up every morning at 3 AM to begin his day, even if it is to only talk about other teams and players?

My dad used to say "excuses are like a-holes, everybody's got one."

 

Top notch coach IMO. They are 6-3 with a number of their top guys out with injuries.

If they win more games with Leftwich now that Ben is out, I don't see how 100% credit does not go towards Tomlin.
