Our group of dbs is really looking good from where we were just weeks ago

 

That could be just upgraded from flaming pile of manure to smoldering pile of manure, though. WVU still going to be a challenge for us.

 

The only DB’s that have gotten high remarks so far have been freshman.

Flowers comes from a HS that produces a lot of elite talent. Tucker HS in GA is always in the playoffs.

 

He only played football his senior year of high school

 

Pruitt has said he liked baseball outfielders. I'm assuming that's what Flowers played? A good one can see well, track a ball well and get a quick burst in any direction/ good footwork and get to full speed fast. Most badass outfielders I knew didn't care who they ran into either, so maybe coming up and making a hit isn't as big of an adjustment.
I wish we were playing this weekend.
