Florida game thread

I keep hearing about UTs recent (years) positive trends against BD and UF.

Im trying to figure out if Im leaning toward history or the eye test with this team. The pessimist in me doesn't see this team being able to put together enough to beat UF right now. Even with a pretty good outing.

I think UT keeps it pretty close until somewhere in the middle of the second half where they turn it over and UF jumps out to a comfortable lead.

uf just had a poor defensive outing. That doesn't happen consecutively to teams who are genuinely good at defense. I think uf might be genuinely good at defense.

The pick and roll is terrible by UT on both ends.

 

I love it when officials 60 feet away take it upon themselves to call a foul they can't see.

Gonna have to keep getting points outside of Stokes and McCrae for it to last.

 

Nice response there. Hot shooting to bail us out of the early hole and then some nice rebounding and paint points to sustain the run.

 

Need Maymon and Richardson.
