This could be why there's no sense of urgency in Pruitt to win now

 

This place makes a lot of sense. Raises and extensions and asking for pay cuts at the same time, while continuing to beg fans for money

You know, the more I think about it, the less I blame those dudes for refusing a pay cut.

 

I just thought the way it was put out there to the public was unfair to them.

 

i'm just... they know their bosses got raises and extensions, it's not like everybody didn't know what this year was going to be like, and if working with Pruitt is as much a pain in the ass as it's rumored...

 

and they could be fired at any time.

I see it both ways. They were under no obligation to for certain, and their situations are different than a lot of folks. Still, if it's me and I think it would legit help others out, I think I would have done it.

 

I always thought this might be the case unless Pruitt was a great success.

 

I get that and I appreciate the ones that did. I’m just thinking about it from the “wait, you just gave the AD and my crazy ass boss a raise and now you’re in here asking me to take a pay cut? GTFO!” angle.

 

I get that, and I don't know how Fulmer's extension weighs out against his own pay cut. I'd just like to think if the effort was genuine, that wouldn't matter (for me).

 

also, one of these dudes just got fired in a game. I bet he'd regret taking a pay cut
